Group Lessons $100-per rider for 2 sets
Gain the ultimate wakeboarding/skating experience by improving your skills within a group environment. A group lesson has 6 available spots on our 2010 Malibu Wakesetter. Meet new friends and learn from watching others ride. Your individual ride includes:
- 2 sets behind our Malibu Wakesetter (wakeboard or wake skate)
- A set is defined as going until you are tired (about 20 minutes) with any instructional time before and after you ride
- An option to get a video of your riding experience ($10 extra)
- An Awaken Industries sticker
- Discounts on Awaken Industries clothing (can be purchased after the lesson)
- Up to 4 hours on the boat
- The chance to see the coaches ride (time permitting)
There will be 2 group lessons provided daily, weather permitting. Lessons are offered daily in the morning (8:00am-12:00pm) and in the evenings (5:00pm-9:00pm) to take advantage of the lake when it is least windy, with the exception on Ladies days which are Tuesday morning (8:00am-12:00pm) and Thursday evening (5:00pm-9:00pm)
Ladies only Rides $85-per rider for 2 sets
Tuesday mornings (8:00am-12:00pm) as well as Thursday evenings (5:00pm-9:00pm) are for female riders only. Whether experienced or the first time rider, come out and ride with just the girls, except for the instructors of course.
Wakesurf group Lessons $100 for 2 sets
Have fun riding the waves! Wakesurf group lessons follow the same format as outlined in the general group lessons except you will be surfing instead of wakeboarding or wakeskating. Wakesurf lessons are held in the middle of the day when the lake is usually rougher than the morning or evening. Wakesurf lessons will be offered Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays from 12:30 until 4:30pm.
Birthday Parties/ Bachelor Parties/ Etc. $500
For all of your private function needs, you can reserve the Malibu Wakesetter for a morning session (8:00am-12:00pm) or our evening session (5:00pm-9:00pm). These private parties are available for up to 6 people and allow your group to experience a more personal session with the option of bringing your own music. Your party will follow the same format as outlined in group lessons. You may wakeboard, wakeskate or wakesurf depending on what the group would like to do. Please call ahead to book your spot.
Individual Lessons $65 for a single set
Whether you are a beginner or an enthusiast, the individual experience provides you with the chance to improve your skills one lesson at a time, with only the instructors and yourself. Each personal lesson by the instructors will be catered to the individual’s specific needs. Individual lessons are 1 set; approx. 20 mins in the water with any instructional time before and after you ride. Couples may ride for $110. Individual lessons are offered Monday, Thursday and Sunday from 12:30pm until 4:30pm. Please call in advance or the day of to book your spot.
Lake Tours $350/4hr personal tours
Experience the stunning and (picturesque setting of) Sylvan Lake. 4 hour tours of Sylvan Lake are offered with 8 seats available for you and your friends on the Malibu Wakesetter. Lots of chances to stop, see the sights, and swim in the lake. Please book an entire morning or evening slot for this event.
